Based on the answers provided by a citizen it may be necessary to alert them to important information, for example, if a citizen has answered a question which indicates that they are in danger of physical abuse the contact number for emergency services may be displayed. To cater for this, alerts can de defined in the triage rule set and subsequently displayed on the triage results page. Multiple alert messages can be displayed on this page if necessary.
