All information captured by IBM Cúram Universal Access is secured so that only the citizen who entered the information has access to it. Each script that is executed is linked to a user account and when each page in a script is displayed, a check is performed to ensure that the current user is the user who owns the script information. This chapter outlines the user accounts used by IBM Cúram Universal Access.
