Because this project will depend on Actuate components which will be deployed without using the BIA infrastructures, standard BIA practices cannot be relied on to meet availability and resilience requirements. The architecture of the system attempts to mitigate this in so far as it is possible and Actuate do have very large deployments of this solution in place.
