This interim fix resolves the File-To-File dispatcher problem
of the File Transfer component (APAR IY70207).

Section 2. Prerequisites
--------------------------------------

1. IBM Application Services Pack for Distributed Systems 2.0
   RQV200G2 is minimum level of installation.

2. Fix Pack 1 for Windows -- 2.0.0-TIV-ASPK-Windows-FP0001

Section 4. Installation Steps
--------------------------------------

Use the instructions below:

1. Shutdown applications and services using IBM Application Services Pack.

2. Make backup copies of the files listed in the "File List" section.

3. Unpack 2.0.0.1-TIV-ASPK-Windows-IF0003.zip to the
   Application Services Pack home directory.

   Typically it is C:\Program Files\Candle .

   The home directory is one level up from the directory
   specified by the CANDLE_COMMON_HOME environment variable.

   You can display the CANDLE_COMMON_HOME variable from the command line:

   	echo %CANDLE_COMMON_HOME%

   For example, if the CANDLE_COMMON_HOME value is C:\PROGRA~1\Candle\common
   then the home directory is C:\PROGRA~1\Candle .

Use the instructions below:

1. Shutdown applications and services using IBM Application Services Pack.

2. Restore files from the backup created during interim fix installation.

  SYMPTOM:

    File Transfer connector for File-To-File dispatcher
    exits with an error like below:

    "The PlugIn for the Connector Framework Dispatcher
    FileToFile0 cannot be created"
