IX82976      Sometimes, the creation of a managed node will fail, but
             will get far enough to put a dispatcher number in the odlist.
             The odadmin command "rm_od" should remove this problem managed
             node, but that command wasn't working.

IY00895      TMR lockup: No tivoli commands return, no endpoint logins
             occur, no endpoint manager commands return, must kill the oserv
             on the TMR.  This is a duplicate of IX82976.
