This patch contains fixes for the following CRs based on customer reported and internally discovered issues.

29963	2.3.1.2	Can start more than one adapter with the same name. Added checking to ensure that an adapter can not be started more than once on the same platform. A message will be displayed to the user if this condition is detected.
25471	2.3.1.1	Fixes the XML datahandler problem when it was not able to parse the XML message that contained no namespace definitions. To support the parsing of xml messages without namespaces defined, you must add a connector-specific property to the connector definition called XMLNameSpaceFormat. The value of this property should be set to 'no'.

To perform an upgrade to this version of the WBIA:

This is a special patch to be applied only to the base version 2.3.1 of WBIA.
Apply the changes prescribed in the table below

After backing up the listed files, add, replace, or remove the following files and directories as indicated:

1. You must have version 2.3.1 of WBIA installed in order to install this fixpack.

ADDITIONAL DISCUSSION

To support the parsing of xml messages without namespaces defined, you must add a connector-specific property to the connector definition called XMLNameSpaceFormat. The value of this property should be set to 'no'.

UNINSTALL INSTRUCTIONS

Before applying this Fix Pack, you need to make back up copies of all of the files contained in this patch before you apply this patch. When you want to remove this patch, you just copy these backup files over to replace the new files.
