On this panel, you can change settings for a new or existing cleanup job for the Business Flow Manager or Human Task Manager on a particular cluster or server.
To view this administrative console page, click Configuration tab, in the Business Process Manager section, expand Business Process Choreographer. Because the cleanup service jobs are defined separately for the Business Flow Manager and the Human Task Manager, click either , then on the Business Flow Manager or Human Task Manager, then in the Additional Properties section, click Cleanup Service Settings.
If you select the Configuration tab, changes will only affect the server after it is restarted. If you select the Runtime tab, you do not need to restart the server to activate any changes, but you must select Save runtime changes to configuration as well if you want the changes to persist after the server is restarted.
A list of existing cleanup jobs is displayed. Either click the name of a cleanup job to edit its settings, or click Add to define a new cleanup job.

This is the name of the cleanup job.
Here you can list the templates, one per line, for which the cleanup job will delete eligible instances.
