A Customer Service Representative can execute the Order Feasibility Solution Scenario in Business Space by logging on to Business Space, initiating a request, providing details using forms, and submitting the data for processing. A supervisor can use Business Space to view and analyze information using the various graphs and diagrams displayed in the reports generated.
The fields in which data is required are labeled with a * and have a different color. The Submit button in the form is disabled until you provide a value in all such fields in a form.
You can start the Solution Scenario in Business Space to view the Getting Started Widget. The Getting Started Widget lists the assets and the steps for using the Solution Scenario.

After logging to the Order Feasibility space, an order request can be created for a customer. The creation of this request involves accepting the customer details and selecting a plan for the customer.
Create an order request using the following steps.
Customer details are to be provided in the Service Availability form available on the Task Management page in the Order Feasibility space. This form can be used for providing details for existing as well as new customers. The Service Availability form retrieves basic information related to the customer to check for the service availability in the selected area. If the customer is a new customer, the basic information that needs to be provided is required service, zip code, state, and other details.
The Solution Scenario provided with the WebSphere Telecom Content Pack includes different pages that are customized to display reports. These reports can be used for further analysis.
After you submit the request, the information can be viewed for analysis on the following pages.
The Order Dashboard page can be used to check the business for received orders. The Order Dashboard page contains widgets that provide information related to alerts, request summary, request overview, and so on, related to the order status.
