Logging on to the customer care workspace

You must log on to access the customer care workspace. To log on, do the following:

  1. Open your Web browser and enter the Web address (URL) for the Websphere Commerce Accelerator. You can obtain this address from your administrator.  You may receive a security warnings,  a Security alert regarding a security certificate for the site. You will need to accept it.
  2. On the next page, select a store name and a language and click OK.
  3. Select Store Information:
    Use this page to select the store and language you want to work with using the WebSphere Commerce 
    Accelerator. Depending on your role, you can also specify the fulfillment center associated with
    the store. Each WebSphere Commerce Accelerator logon session is store specific. At any time, if you 
    wish to change your store, language, or fulfillment center selection, click the icon, found in the 
    upper left corner to display the selection dialog. All fields on this page are mandatory.

    Note: If only one store, one language, and no fulfillment center is defined, then this page does not
    display. You can go directly from the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator logon page to the home page. 

  4. The next page is the home page of the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator. 
  5. Note:  Accept any security warnings that you receive. See handling security warnings for more information.
