Deleting a customer segment

To delete a customer segment:

  1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
  2. From the Marketing menu, click Customer Segments.
    The Customer Segments page displays, containing the customer segments currently defined for the selected store. If you do not see this menu, then your logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator.
  3. Select the check box to the left of the customer segment that you want to delete.
  4. Click Delete. The page should now display the updated list of customer segments.

Note: Customer segments that are currently associated with an active campaign activity can not be deleted.
