Approvers and administrators with the appropriate access, can view approval requests and make approval decisions. To view approval requests:
- Open the Approvals Requests page:
- (All business roles) Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator and click Store > Approval Requests.
- (Site Administrator, Buyer Administrator, Buyer Approver, Seller Administrator) Open the Organization Administration Console and click Approvals > Approval Requests.
If you do not see this menu, then your logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator.
- View the information on this page. Note that it contains the following information for each request:
- ID
- This is a unique identification code for the request.
- Submitter
- The logon ID or other unique identifier for the user who initiated the approval request.
- Process
- The name of the business process for which approval has been requested.
- Status
- This column indicates whether an approval request is pending, has been approved or has been rejected.
- Submitted on
- The date and time of submission.
