You can assign or unassign a role to a user by their distinguished name.
The list of roles that can be assigned is determined based on the roles assigned to the organization, and the role assignment permissions configuration.
To assign roles for a user in an organization:
- Open the Organization Administration Console.
- Select Access Management > Assign Role to User. The Roles page displays.
- Select the organization from the Organization drop-down list.
- Select the role you are assigning to the user in the Role drop-down list.
- Type in the user distinguish name in the User distinguish name text box.
- Click OK.
