Change Sales Catalog

Use this page to maintain sales catalog information.

Code
Type the sales catalog code, which uniquely identifies the sales catalog within the WebSphere Commerce system.
Description
Type a brief description of the sales catalog, which is displayed in the main list of sales catalogs.
Language
Select the language for the sales catalog. If your store supports more than one language, the sales catalog must be created in the default language of your store first, before choosing an additional language.
Name
Type the sales catalog name. The name is language specific; that is, if the sales catalog is available in a store in both French and Japanese, and you want to change the name for both languages, you must include the new information in the Change Sales Catalog dialog.
Short description
Type a brief description of the sales catalog. The description is language specific; that is, if the sales catalog is available in a store in both French and Japanese, and you want to change the description for both languages, you must include the new information in the Change Sales Catalog dialog.
Long description
Type a detailed description of the sales catalog, if applicable. The description is language specific; that is, if the sales catalog is available in a French store and a Japanese store, and you want to change the description for both stores, you must include the new information in the Change Sales Catalog dialog.
Thumbnail image file and location
Type the path to the sales catalog thumbnail image and the name of the image. All image files should be placed in the store's defined image directory. As an example:

Full size image file and location
Type the path to the sales catalog full size image and the name of the image. All image files should be placed in the store's defined image directory. As an example:

WebSphere Commerce development environment\images\summerSales_full.gif
The correct image directory and whether you need an absolute or relative path depends on your store's configuration. Ask a store developer with Site Administrator authority for the correct image directory. For example, the WebSphere Commerce starter store images use a relative path to the default installation path.
