When managing order blocks, you may want to add or update the comment for an order block to add more information about the block.
To add or update the comments for an order block:
- Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
- Find blocked orders.
- Select the order for which you want to add or update a block comment and click Manage blocks.
- Select the block for which you want to add or update a comment and click Comment.
- Enter a new comment or update the existing comment and click OK.
