Removing a queue from your preferred queues list

To remove a preferred queues from your preferred queue list, do the following:

  1. On the Monitoring tab, click Set Preferred Queues. The Set Preferred Queues dialog displays
  2. Select the queue you want to remove from your list of preferred queues from the All queues list.
  3. Click Remove. The selected queue is removed from the Preferred queues list.
  4. Remove additional queues as required.
  5. Click OK.

Note: If the Set Preferred Queues button is disabled, it indicates that the SameTime storage service is unavailable. This problem corrects itself after a brief wait.
