Making your browser compatible for customer care

To make your browser work with the customer care workspace:

  1. Ensure that your browser meets the system requirements.
  2. Ensure that the following options are enabled in your browser's preferences:
    • Java and JavaScript
    • Microsoft ActiveX Controls (Internet Explorer only)
    • Java Plug-in for Netscape
    • SmartUpdate (Netscape only)
  3. Set your browser to accept cookies if your Web site uses them.
