To view a summary of a customer segment:
- Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
- From the Marketing menu, click Customer Segments.
The Customer Segments page displays, containing the customer segments currently defined for the selected store. If you do not see this menu, then your logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator. - Select the check box to the left of the customer segment that you want to view. Click Summary. The Customer Segment Summary page displays, containing information about the selected customer segment.
- If you want to change any of the information about the customer segment, click Change. This will launch the Customer Segment notebook.
- If you want to delete the customer segment, click Delete. This will delete the segment and return to the Customer Segment page.
- If you want to create a new segment by duplicating this segment, click Duplicate. This will launch the Customer Segment notebook with all of the data from the current segment.
- Otherwise, when you are finished, click OK to return to the previous page.
