After the distributor service agreement is deployed, the Seller Administrator or Channel Manager can perform the following tasks to manage a distributor's service agreement:
- Finding a distributor
The Seller Administrator or Channel Manager can search for a specific distributor based on the search criteria they enter. - Viewing a summary of a distributor service agreement
- Deactivating or reactivating a distributor service agreement
The Seller Administrator or Channel Manager can deactivate a distributor service agreement preventing the distributor from receiving and responding to request for quotes from resellers. A suspended service agreement can be reactivated to allow the distributor to receive and respond to request for quotes from resellers. - Deleting a distributor service agreement
The Seller Administrator or Channel Manager can mark a service agreement for deletion from WebSphere Commerce. Service agreements marked for deletion become inactive and cannot be reactivated.
