Checking the status of RFQ responses (Business Edition)

To check the status of your response:

  1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
  2. Navigate to the RFQ response page. A listing of the responses you have generated for a specific RFQ request displays.
  3. Specify the status of the responses you are searching for in the View field, if desired.
  4. The status of each response is indicated in the Status column.

Note: In order to receive e-mail notifications of changes to the status of your responses, notification and RFQ job scheduling must be enabled by the Site Administrator during setup.
