WebSphere Commerce provides several order statuses that can be used in reporting. Use this page to group WebSphere Commerce order item statuses into order item statuses used by WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
- WebSphere Commerce Order Item Status
- Lists the available WebSphere Commerce order statuses.
- Submitted
- Select Submitted to associate a WebSphere Commerce order item status with the WebSphere Commerce Analyzer order item status Submitted. In WebSphere Commerce Analyzer, submitted means that the payment has been entered for the order by the customer, but not necessarily shipped.
- Shipped
- Select Shipped to associate a WebSphere Commerce order item status with the WebSphere Commerce Analyzer order item status Shipped. In WebSphere Commerce Analyzer, shipped means that the order has been shipped to the customer.
- No revenue
- Select No revenue to associate a WebSphere Commerce order item status with the WebSphere Commerce Analyzer order item status No revenue. In WebSphere Commerce Analyzer, No revenue is used to represent something other than an order.
- Canceled
- Select Canceled to associate a WebSphere Commerce order item status with the WebSphere Commerce Analyzer order item status Canceled. In WebSphere Commerce Analyzer, canceled means that the order has been cancelled.
