Use this page to define a new customer care queue.
- Name
- (Required) Type the name of the customer care queue.
- Display name
- Type the display name of the customer care queue. This text displays in the Customer Service Representative (CSR) applet when it is launched, and is visible by the customer. This name is language-specific. You can add a display name for each language by logging into the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator using the language for which you want to add a display name.
- Description
- Type a meaningful description of the customer care queue. This name is language-specific. You can add a description for each language by logging into the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator using the language for which you want to add a description.
