Individual Customer Service reports
The Individual Customer Service reports page lists the category of Customer Service reports available for reporting on individual Customer Service Representatives (CSR) when you install and configure WebSphere Commerce Analyzer. Use this list to select and display a customer service report.
Individual Customer Service includes the following reports:
- Personal Revenue, Profit, and Ranking
- Revenue, Profit, and Ranking
- Price Quotes
- Quotes to Order Conversion Rate
- Price Overrides
- Price Overrides Summary
- Revenue by Product Category
- Shipped Orders
- Orders Pending Fulfillment
- Customer Organizations
- Customer Territories
- Daily Revenue
Note: Organization Contacts, Customer Territories, and Daily Revenue are operational reports and do not require that WebSphere Commerce Analyzer is installed.
Team Customer Service reports
The Team Customer Service reports page lists the category of Customer Service reports available for reporting on Customer Service Representative (CSR) teams when you install and configure WebSphere Commerce Analyzer. Use this list to select and display a customer service report.
Team Customer Service includes the following reports:
- Revenue, Profit, and Ranking
- Price Overrides
- Customer Organizations
- Customer Territories
Note: Customer Organizations and Customer Territories are operational reports and do not require that WebSphere Commerce Analyzer is installed.
