Process: Shop at supplier hub
Flow
Legend

Objective
To allow buyers to purchase products from multiple suppliers at once.
Description
Buyers can find products of interest from multiple suppliers through the
aggregated catalog and create orders in the hosted supplier stores.
Features
Buyers can perform the following actions:
- Find products of interest from multiple suppliers through the aggregated
catalog, which contains products offered by all suppliers
- Add the desired products to orders in the hosted supplier stores
- Process orders in the hosted supplier stores
- View status of orders in the hosted supplier stores
- Submit a Request for Quote (RFQ) to all or targeted suppliers, resulting in
either an order or a contract
- Use a requisition list to manage the products that they order
frequently
- Save shopping carts for use at a later date
Customization
- The site design and shopping flow can be customized. For example, the
store's Welcome page could display information about previous orders and the
checkout process could be made even quicker.
- Allow unregistered customers to access the site by using the default
contract.
- May customize the layout and number of e-Marketing Spots on store
pages.
- Personalize the site for each customer; for example, the store's pages
could display customer-specific logos.
- Change access control policies, so that members within the same
organization could see each other's shopping carts. Access control policies
could also be changed, so that the customer's purchasing department could have
full access to all shopping carts and orders within their
organization.
