Advanced orders Resolving an order block

Resolving an order block stops that block from preventing order items from being released to fulfillment. However, for order items that remain in the order, all blocks on an order must be resolved for the order items to be released to fulfillment.

To resolve an order block:

  1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
  2. Find blocked orders.
  3. Select the order for which you want to resolve an order block and click Manage blocks.
  4. Select the order block you want to resolve and click Resolve.
  5. (optional) Enter a comment providing more information about why you are resolving the order block.
  6. Click OK to resolve the order block.

If you want to resolve multiple blocks for an order, repeat steps 4 through 6 for each block on an order you want to resolve.
