During a session, you can automatically direct a customer's browser to a specific Web page. For example, if a customer cannot find the Web page that describes a particular product, you can redirect the customer's browser to the correct Web page.
To send a Web page to a customer:
- Make sure you are on the Session tab.
- Using chat message, inform the customer that you would like to direct the customer's browser to a different Web page. Explain that the customer should not touch the keyboard or mouse during the process.
- Click Send Page. The Select Page dialog box displays on your screen.
- Either select a Web page from your predefined URL list, or type a Web page address in the URL field, or copy and paste a Web page address in the URL field.
- Click Send to Browser. The Send Web Page dialog automatically closes. The customer's browser displays the new Web page.
