Viewing a customer segment for customer care

The customer segment can contain the customer's ID, order history and address.

To view a customer segment, do one of the following:

  1. From the Monitoring tab, select the customer's name in the list and click Profile. The customer segment displays in a new browser window on your screen.
  2. From the Session tab, during a session with a customer, click Profile. The customer segment displays in a separate browser window on your screen.

Note: Customers who have not registered or logged on to your Web site have incomplete profiles. You might need to ask a customer to register and log on to your Web site if you want to view a complete profile.
