WebSphere Commerce Analyzer reports

The WebSphere Commerce Analyzer reports, accessible from the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator, demonstrate comparable success rates of your marketing campaigns, as well as demographic distributions of your customers. These reports provide feedback that can be used to evaluate recent campaigns and to initiate change for upcoming campaigns.

WebSphere Commerce Analyzer provides reports in the following areas:

Customer service reports

Customer service reports will only display data for Customer Service Representatives working in the Multichannel Sales Center.

You can also use the reporting framework available with WebSphere Commerce to customize the reports available with WebSphere Commerce Analyzer and Tivoli Web Site Analyzer, or create new reports for use with WebSphere Commerce Analyzer. For more information, see Reporting framework.

Note: If you have also installed Tivoli Web Site Analyzer, you will be able to produce reports on additional clickstream and Web site usage categories. These additional reports are accessed through the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator or via third party reporting tools, just as are the reports produced by WebSphere Commerce Analyzer.
