Viewing the customer contact points report

To view the customer contact points report:

  1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
  2. Business to consumer From the Reports menu, click Operational Reports.
  3. Business to business From the Sales menu, click Operational Reports.
  4. Select the Customer Contact Points Report.
  5. Type the desired User ID.
  6. Select a Predefined Time Period or select a Start and Enddate for the report.
  7. Select a Sort By and Order By option and click OK.
