The Customer Service reports page lists the customer service reports available when you install and configure WebSphere Commerce Analyzer. Use this list to select and display a customer service report.

Individual Customer Service reports

Note: Organization Contacts, Customer Territories, and Daily Revenue are operational reports and do not require that WebSphere Commerce Analyzer is installed.

Team Customer Service reports

The Team Customer Service reports page lists the category of Customer Service reports available for reporting on Customer Service Representative (CSR) teams when you install and configure WebSphere Commerce Analyzer. Use this list to select and display a customer service report.
