This tutorial illustrates the different approaches to developing dynamic cache policies. In this tutorial, you will use the Business Direct starter store, referred to as the AdvancedB2B Direct store.
Note: The approaches used in the tutorial are general in nature and can be used with any WebSphere Commerce starter store.

Prerequisites
In order to take this tutorial you should have:
- Created a functioning WebSphere Commerce instance with your starter store published. (Although the tutorial uses the AdvancedB2BDirect store, the approach is applicable to other starter stores.)
- A basic understanding of dynamic caching. Read Dynamic caching and the related sections contained therein.
- A basic knowledge of JSP pages
- A basic knowledge of how WebSphere Commerce invokes JSP pages.
