When you use the customer care feature, you provide customer service support in real-time text communication through a Lotus Sametime server and a customer care applet launched using the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator. Specifically, when you select
Customer Care under the
Operations or
Sales menu within the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator, the customer care applet launches in a separate browser window.
