Customer Care - Assign Customer Care Queue

Use this page to assign Customer Service Representatives to the selected customer care queue.

ID
A read-only field displaying the customer care queue ID.
Name
A read-only field displaying the name of the customer care queue.
Display name
A read-only field displaying the display name of the customer care queue.
Assign to all Customer Service Representatives
Select this option to assign all defined Customer Service Representatives to the selected customer care queue.
Assign to selected Customer Service Representatives only
Select this option to assign selected Customer Service Representatives to the selected customer care queue. If you select this option, the following fields display:
Assigned Customer Service Representatives
This field lists the Customer Service Representatives assigned to the selected customer care queue.
Available Customer Service Representatives
This field lists the Customer Service Representatives that are not assigned to the selected customer care queue.
