Add ad-hoc order items to be returned to the return request.
The process takes an existing return request as input and facilitates the addition of items that are in the catalog to the return request.
When no items are to be added to the return request, the process exits.
The capability of adding items for which no order can be found in the system is useful when an item such as a gift is being returned.
The catalog can be searched by item name or part number to find items that are to be returned.
Items that are not in the catalog cannot be added to the return request.
