Use this page to assign Customer Service Representatives to the selected customer care queue.
- ID
- A read-only field displaying the customer care queue ID.
- Name
- A read-only field displaying the name of the customer care queue.
- Display name
- A read-only field displaying the display name of the customer care queue.
- Assign to all Customer Service Representatives
- Select this option to assign all defined Customer Service Representatives to the selected customer care queue.
- Assign to selected Customer Service Representatives only
- Select this option to assign selected Customer Service Representatives to the selected customer care queue. If you select this option, the following fields display:
- Assigned Customer Service Representatives
- This field lists the Customer Service Representatives assigned to the selected customer care queue.
- Available Customer Service Representatives
- This field lists the Customer Service Representatives that are not assigned to the selected customer care queue.
