Removing a member from a collaborative workspace (Business Edition)

Note: Only a user with Manager authority for the selected collaborative workspace can remove a member from the workspace.

To remove an existing member from a collaborative workspace:

  1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
  2. From the Store menu, click Collaborative Workspaces.
    A list of
    collaborative workspaces that you are authorized to work with displays. If you do not see this menu, then your logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator.
  3. Select the check box to the left of the workspace you want to work with and click Members to list existing members.
  4. Depending on whether you want to remove one or more members from the collaborative workspace, do one of the following:
    • To remove one member, select the check box to the left of the member that you want to remove.
    • To remove multiple members, select the check boxes to the left of all the members that you want to remove.
    • To remove all the members from this list, select the check box icon at the top left of the list (next to the Name column).
  5. Click Remove to remove the selected members from the Members list.
