To add an attachment by searching available attachments:
- Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
From the Merchandise menu, click Catalog Management.
From the Products menu, click Catalog Management.
A category tree for the master catalog displays. If you do not see this menu, then your logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator.- Select the category, product, or catalog to which you want to add an attachment.
- Click Add Attachments.
- In the Available attachments pane, select the folder to which you want to upload your attachment.
- In the Attachments pane, click Add attachments.
- Click Search.
- In the Find attachments pane, enter your search criteria and click Find.
- Search results display in the Attachments pane.
- Select the checkbox next to the attachment and click Assign.
After successfully assigning the attachment, you must assign a usage to the attachment and specify an language for the attachment.
