Changing the user ID and password of a reseller (Channel Manager, Seller Administrator) (Business Edition)

To change the user ID and password of a reseller for a distributor:

  1. Open the Organization Administration Console.
  2. Click Access Management > Find Users.
  3. A find dialog displays. Provide search criteria and click Find. A list of users displays.
  4. Select a user and click Distributors. The Distributors page displays.
  5. Select a distributor and click Change. The Distributors page displays with the selected distributor.
  6. Type in the new user ID for the reseller in the User ID text box.
  7. Type in the new password for the reseller in the Password text box, if required.
  8. Re-type the new password in the Password confirmation text box.
  9. Click OK.
