Customer Care - Customer Care Queues

Professional Edition onlyBusiness Edition only Use this list to view all of the defined customer care queues. It enables you to create new queues and delete existing queues. Existing queues are displayed in a table with the following information:

ID
The system-generated ID number of the customer care queue.
Name
The name of the customer care queue.
Display Name
The display name of the customer care queue for the current language.
Description
The description of the customer care queue as specified during creation.
Assigned CSRs
The list of the Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) assigned to the queue. If no CSRs have been assigned to the queue, this field is blank.
New
Click this button to create a new customer care queue.
Change
Click this button to update the selected customer care queue.
Assign
Click this button to assign a CSR to, or remove a CSR from, the selected customer care queue.
Delete
Click this button to delete the selected customer care queue.
