To view the order status report:
- Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
- Open a non-hub store, for example, Demand Store.
- From the Reports or Sales menu, select Operational Reports. The Operational Reports page is displayed.
- Select the hosted store by selecting the check box to the left of the store name.
- Select Order Status Report.
- Specify a reporting period and click OK. The order status report is displayed.
