Use the WebSphere Commerce Analyzer Parameter Manager to change the settings WebSphere Commerce Analyzer uses to generate reports and data mining results. These settings are initially set up when you install and configure WebSphere Commerce Analyzer.
Use WebSphere Commerce Analyzer Parameter Manager to change the following settings:
- The stores WebSphere Commerce Analyzer analyzes and reports on. See Changing stores, report language and currency for reporting.
- The catalogs WebSphere Commerce Analyzer analyzes and reports on. See Change catalogs for reporting.
- The financial period (the start of the fiscal year and the number of periods to load into the PERIOD table for your online store) and load reference texts to be reported on. See Change loaded languages and financial periods.
The mining models used during data mining. See Changing mining models.
- The orders to be totaled by recency, frequency and monetary amounts (RFM). See Changing orders totaled by recency, frequency and monetary amount.
- The number of minutes after which an order status is considered abandoned by WebSphere Commerce Analyzer. See Changing criteria for abandoning orders.
- The order item status attributes WebSphere Commerce Analyzer uses to report on. See Changing order item status attributes.
- The order status attributes that classify a customer as a prospect or a purchaser. See Changing member attributes.
- The contract statuses used in reporting. See Changing contract status associated with report contract status (Professional and Business edition).
- The amount of time between a customer viewing a marketing activity and placing an order that determines whether the order was placed because of the marketing activity. See Changing orders associated with coupon promotions, campaign activities and metaphors.
