Customer Territories Report

The customer territory report lists the customer territories for which a particular customer service representatives (CSR) is responsible.

Note: Both an individual CSR and a CSR team may be assigned to a customer territory. As a result, a CSR may be assigned to a customer territory more than once, once individually, and a second time if the team to which they belong is assigned to that customer territory. As a result, you will see multiple entries in the report for the customer territory. If the team name is blank in the entry, the customer territory is assigned to an individual CSR. If the team name is populated, then the CSR is part of the CSR team that is assigned to the customer territory.
