Use this list to view all of the defined customer care queues. It enables you to create new queues and delete existing queues. Existing queues are displayed in a table with the following information:
- ID
- The system-generated ID number of the customer care queue.
- Name
- The name of the customer care queue.
- Display Name
- The display name of the customer care queue for the current language.
- Description
- The description of the customer care queue as specified during creation.
- Assigned CSRs
- The list of the Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) assigned to the queue. If no CSRs have been assigned to the queue, this field is blank.
- New
- Click this button to create a new customer care queue.
- Change
- Click this button to update the selected customer care queue.
- Assign
- Click this button to assign a CSR to, or remove a CSR from, the selected customer care queue.
- Delete
- Click this button to delete the selected customer care queue.
