KNOWN LIMITATIONS, PROBLEMS, AND WORKAROUNDS ===================================================================== Installation Issues - During the installation of the IBM WebSphere Transformation Extender for Message Broker on certain computers, there have been cases where a failure has occurred and "An error occurred during the move data process: -115" error message appeared. In each case, doing one of the following actions resulted in the successful installation of this product. - Disable write caching on your hard drive - Disable Google Desktop - Disable your anti-virus software before running the installation - After the successful installation of the IBM WebSphere Transformation Extender for Message Broker on a computer that has IBM Rational Agent Controller (RAC) 6.0.1 installed, the Message Broker Plug-in will not run correctly. When you start the Message Broker, it returns a system return code of 127 with the following message shown in the event viewer: "File install_dir\wmqi\dtxwmqi.lil could not be loaded: operating system return code '127'". Note: install_dir represents the directory in which you have installed your IBM WebSphere Transformation Extender for Message Broker product. The reason for this error is that the IBM RAC 6.0.1 installs a xerces-c_2_4_0.dll that is incompatible with IBM WebSphere Transformation Extender for Message Broker and it installs it in the \system32 directory. The work-around solution is to copy the install_dir\xerces-c_2_4_0.dll to the Message Broker mqsi\bin directory. This problem will be fixed in IBM RAC 6.0.1.5. ===================================================================== 7.
