Welcome to the ClearDDTS Implementation Road Map. ClearDDTS is a change request management system that tracks and manages product feedback such as defects (bugs) and enhancement requests throughout a product's life cycle. ClearDDTS can be highly customized to meet your organization's needs.

This document is intended for system administrators and managers responsible for installing and implementing ClearDDTS. It provides a road map to the implementation process, briefly describing the order and procedures for setting up ClearDDTS in your environment. The road map points you to the detailed information you need in the ClearDDTS Installation and Licensing Guide, the ClearDDTS User's Guide, and the ClearDDTS Administrator's Guide to get ClearDDTS up and running.

Using the Implementation Road Map
