Associating Products with Categories

An administrator can assign products to integrated case categories so that cases based on those products can be added to the integrated case. For products that are used to deliver services, there is no need to associate an integrated case type with the product. This is because the user adds a service, rather than a product to the integrated case. The product delivery is created in the background by the system, to handle the eligibility and financial processing for the service, and is not used as a product in its own right.
