Capturing Application Information

The basic information required to submit the application, such as client name and address, is captured through a set of guided questions. Groups of questions are presented sequentially, the answers to which are filled in by the case worker as the application is progressed. The questions can be categorized, based on the type of information being captured on the application, for example household, employment, expenses, resources. CCI leverages the Cúram Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG) infrastructure to enable agencies to configure application guided flows specifically for their programs.
