Capturing Client Evidence

An application can be submitted once the minimum required information has been entered. For programs where an interview with the intake worker is also required, such as food assistance, the application and interview steps are merged, so the application details and the additional details normally captured at the interview stage, such as income or expense details, can be captured at the same time by continuing the guided flow. Alternatively, the intake worker can capture the remaining evidence using Cúram evidence management functionality, once the application has been submitted.

Note: Cúram evidence management functionality is only available if the evidence for the program is managed in Cúram.
