A hearing review appeal type is moved through its lifecycle by users with certain privileges. There are seven user roles a user can be assigned to: the hearing review owner role, the hearing review supervisor role, the review hearing scheduler role, the review hearing worker role, the case owner role, the hearing reviewer role and the senior hearing reviewer role. Each role defines the nature of the user's involvement in the hearing review.
