The review hearing scheduler is the user who schedules a hearing or hearings on the hearing review. When a hearing review is approved, the system issues a task to all available users who are assigned to the hearing scheduler user role. The user who reserves this task is responsible for scheduling a hearing or hearings on the hearing review.
