The Cúram Advisor is a tool that provides context sensitive tips such as reminders for case workers. Concerns with evidence such as issues, that affect eligibility can also be detected by the Cúram Advisor.
The Advisor is configured with rules and text that is used to detect and highlight issues with evidence. It automatically analyzes information that is recorded or known for a registered client and alerts the case worker to issues with the information that may require attention. For example, if an application is submitted by a client with missing mandatory information, the Advisor displays the issues with the mandatory information. Case workers have the option to action the issues.
