Capturing Evidence Using the EvidenceFlow View

The EvidenceFlow view is an alternate view of case evidence that is available to case workers. Evidence types on a case are represented in the EvidenceFlow view as a series of ordered tiles. Each evidence type that can be recorded on the case is represented by a single tile.

The EvidenceFlow view is particularly suited to inexperienced case workers in that it allows them to quickly navigate evidence while talking to a client over the telephone.

Case workers can navigate through all of the evidence types recorded on a case, capture new evidence, and identify outstanding information or issues that relate to the evidence type. Each evidence category configured is represented by a stack within the evidence flow view. Each stack contains the individual evidence types that can be captured. Case workers can create new stacks according to their preferences. For example, case workers may wish to create a new category of frequently captured evidence types. A case worker can do this within the EvidenceFlow view using the stack functionality.

Reminders, outstanding verifications and issues regarding an evidence type are also accessible from the EvidenceFlow view.

For more information on the EvidenceFlow view and stacks, see the Cúram Evidence Guide.
