Submitting a Case for Approval

During this stage, the case is submitted for approval. A case is submitted for approval when the case worker who is working on the case is satisfied that all case details have been entered correctly and the case is ready to progress to the payment or case activation stage. The stage has two parts: submitting the case for approval and approving or rejecting the case. The first part is when a case worker submits a case for approval. Cases submitted for approval have a status of "submitted". Eligibility is determined when a case is submitted for approval in order to provide a snapshot of the client's eligibility at that point in time.
