Identifying Concerns with Evidence that Affect Eligibility

Outstanding information and/or concerns with evidence may affect a client's eligibility for benefits. For example, a client may be determined to be ineligible because mandatory information is missing from his benefit application or a verification by a doctor of the client's illness may be outstanding.

To help case workers identify concerns with evidence so that they can be resolved, separate lists of issues with evidence and verifications (received and outstanding) are also provided.

Note that the verifications list is only available if the Cúram Verification™ engine is installed. For more information on the Cúram Verification engine, see the Cúram Verification Guide.
