Once a service delivery is approved, service financial processing occurs and payments are made to clients and service providers in respect of the service. This section describes how these payments are processed by the system. Case workers can also view details of the payments that are issued to clients and providers. This section also describes how the system determines how many units of a service have been delivered to a client and the actual cost of the service to the agency.
