Referring A Client For A Service

The process begins with the selection of the service. A case worker can select from a list of referral services stored in the CPM services registry or the referral service can be recommended by the system and subsequently selected by a case worker. The service selected dictates the information to be specified. The following information can be specified when scheduling a referral: Referral date, whether to follow up with the client, provider and whether to send notifications to the client(s) and provider.
