In certain circumstances, it may be necessary for a client to participate in an action for a defined frequency and duration. For example a client receiving cash assistance may have a sanction placed on their benefit if they do not meet the required participation. To cater for this, an action can be configured such that a case worker must specify a frequency and duration during action creation.
