The Activity Workspace

The activity workspace provides a case worker with the capability to easily access recommended and recently added activities, to quickly schedule new activities, and to have a central view on all activities currently scheduled for clients within an outcome plan.

There are three main areas within the workspace. On the left hand side is the time line panel. A time line shows all activities which are currently and have been scheduled for the client. This time line can be filtered such that case workers can choose to see activities for selected clients, expected outcomes, priority factors and factors. A daily, weekly and monthly view of activities is also provided. An analysis view is also provided which provides a visual representation of all components of an outcome plan. On the right hand side, a recommendations panel displays recommended and recently added activities. A Plan tab shows recommended activities based on the type of plan. A Factor tab displays recommended and recently added activities for each client assessed based on the score or classification achieved by the client(s) when assessed. An accessible listing of the recommended activities is also available which displays all plan and factor recommendations and recently added activities.

On the bottom is the activity workspace panel which works in conjunction with the recommendations panel and the time line. When an item is selected in the recommendation panel or time line, associated information is displayed at the bottom of the workspace.

When a client is selected in the recommendations panel,his or her planned activities and expected outcomes are displayed.When a factor is selected, details of when the factor was last assessed are displayed as well as guidance, a graphical representation of progress, a graphical representation of the clients historical results for the selected factor and the latest note added to that factor.

When a recommended activity is selected, the reason, which has been configured as part of recommendation administration, is displayed as well as a description of the activity. Lastly, when a recently added activity is selected, the name of the case worker who added the activity as well as the date it was added, the reason why it was added and a description of the activity is displayed. When an activity is selected in the time line, details about the activity are displayed.
