Investigating and Resolving Discrepancies

The worker views the discrepancy records and determines the resolutions manually. Tools are provided to help the worker know which discrepancies must still be acted upon. Discrepancies are created by activity so that discrepancies on different activities on the same plan can be monitored separately. Possible tasks that a worker may perform are to verify the attendance records and enter the missing attendance/absences and update the discrepancy status. Based on client's circumstance and his participation in work activities, outcome worker can send an advisement to the eligibility worker about any issues.
