Managing Discrepancies

Outcome workers overwhelmed by heavy workloads need an easy way to know if clients are meeting all the expected hours for the activities and services outlined in their plans. Some activities lend themselves to a provider entering attendance while for others, the outcome worker may enter the attendance. When the provider enters attendance, the outcome worker may not be aware if the client is short hours. Discrepancy checks on scheduled hours vs. actual participation hours can be planned periodically to create notifications to all outcome workers of potential issues with their clients' attendance. These checks evaluate if any of their clients are missing expected plan hours as of a pre-selected date.
