The citizen may wish to contact the provider to inform the provider that they are interested in the service and may want to avail of it. To do this, the Refer Me link can be selected which allows the user to specify their contact details and to write a message which will be sent by email to the provider. A configuration setting is provided in CPM to dictate if a provider allows for this type of referral to be sent to them.
