Recording the Referral Date

An important part of referring a client for a service is to record the referral date. This is the expected date on which the client will meet the provider of the service. If the client does not contact the provider by the date recorded, the application provides the ability for notifications to be sent by the system to case workers after this date has elapsed to alert them to follow up with the client. For more information, see Specifying to Follow Up With a Client.
